Complete automatic LINCO Evisceration line

This used automatic evisceration line is a complete Linco setup mounted on a stainless steel floor frame with 8” shackle pitch, tube-track, and nylon tube trolleys on chain. Originally designed for 2,000–2,500 birds per hour, the line is currently operating at an impressive 4,000–4,500 birds per hour.

Processing Versatility:

• Currently runs standard broilers (avg. 2 kg live weight)

• Also handles organic, slow-grown birds (approx. 2.5 kg, 5 cm longer cavity)

• Previously used for spent hens/layers

• Compact layout: fits within a 10m x 10m (30’x30’) footprint
