This second hand Stork AMF-i PLC s an automatic filleting machine that harvests breast fillets from poultry front halves. The system removes the fillet from the carcass in line, so the meat moves straight on to trimming, weighing and packing without a separate manual deboning step.
The machine dates from 2017, is in good condition and is still running in production today. That means it can be viewed under working conditions, so you see the actual output and line speed before you decide.
Machines of this type are used in poultry processing plants that want consistent fillet yield at high line speeds and less dependence on manual labour at the deboning station. Stork is part of Marel Poultry, which keeps spare parts and technical support available for this equipment.
