This complete used whole-leg deboning setup offers an interesting solution for processors looking to add or expand whole-leg deboning capacity. The setup includes a Foodmate saddle line for anatomical whole-leg deboning (YOB 2020), together with four Mayekawa whole-leg deboners from 2018 and 2019.
The four Mayekawa machines are configured as two left-leg and two right-leg deboners, with a capacity of approximately 1,000 legs per hour per machine. The complete setup also includes the required transportation systems, conveyors and a deskinning machine, making this more than just a collection of individual machines.
