In-line crate washer for live bird crates, capacity max. 450 crates/hour, manufactured out of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials. The machine is suitable to handle live bird crates of 860 x 650 x 300 mm.
The washing cycle takes place in a 3-stage process. The 3 different stages can be identified as follows:
- loading and unloading section
- main wash section
- rinse section
The machine is supplied with:
- Crate transport system by means of a nylon chain conveyor frequency controlled
- PLC controller
- high pressure water pump, 11kW, 3 bar
- Sieve filter
- Set of spare parts
- Max. crate dimensions: 860 x 650 x 300 mm
Optional:
Stainless steel hot water boiler, 15kW (95°C). Depending on the incoming water temperature one (T ≥ 50°C) or two boilers are required.
