A and B quality selection

  • A/B quality selection system driven by the overhead conveyor and to be connected to the weighing computer.
  • The system will be installed after the automatic rehanging machine to enable the operator to detect B-quality birds by means of visual inspection.
  • Manual selection by means of a reed relais beam. With this system the selection is done by visual detection of an A or B-quality bird.
  • The operator uses a push button or pointer stick to label a bird A or B-quality.
  • The birds detected as B-quality will be dropped at the designated drop station for B-quality birds.
  • Manufactured out of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials.
