We have designed this line to be very easy to install, operate and maintain. 

This is a small line to process up to 500 birds per hour. Larger setups are available to process up to 1000, 1500, 2000, 4000 or 6000 birds per hour with the 4000 and 6000 setups including a full automatic evisceration line and other automatic machines.

Hanging area with a manual (Halal) killing setup

After killing the birds are bled out above a trough which collects the blood.

When the birds have been bled out, they pass through a hot water scalder which helps to loosen the feathers from the skin. This makes the job of the automatic plucker easier.

The birds will be completely immersed in hot turbulent water.

A belt-driven automatic plucking machine with rotating discs containing rubber picking fingers will automatically remove the feathers from the birds.

After defeathering the birds are ready to be eviscerated. This double-sided evisceration trough has 4 working stations with water faucets.

A vent cutting pistol is used to open the vent. Semi-automatic tools like these help to reduce operator fatigue and thus improve productivity.

A full set of working tools for killing and evisceration can be supplied: kill knives, opening knives, evisceration forks, gizzard scissors, stainless steel gloves and sharpening steel.

A vacuum operated (excluded from standard scope of supply) lung gun is used to remove the lungs.

Eviscerated birds are cooled by immersing them in water.

A screw gently and slowly transports the birds through cooling water.

Each section comes as a self-standing modular frame.

Installation is very easy. The shown line fits in just one container. All modules need to be placed in the correct position and connected to each other.
