- Our hock unloader is designed to remove the hocks of each bird from the killing shackles and is located after the hock cutter in the killing and defeathering section;
- Unloading units lift up the hocks which are then lifted out of the kill shackle;
- Picking fingers near the exit point of the machine will remove anny possible remaining feet which haven't been removed by the unloading units;
- Hocks will be collected on a collection plate and ejected on one side of the machine by a scraper;
- This 180 degrees hock unloader can process up to 10000 birds per hour.
