The Meyn Whole Leg Deboner (WLD) M1 is a high‑throughput deboning machine designed for whole poultry legs, capable of processing up to 3,600 legs per hour. It ensures precise separation of meat from bone, optimizing yield with minimal manual intervention. The machine produces whole leg fillets of left and right anatomical legs, with or without skin.
